HCRPO's general purpose to is represent its members and act in the best interests of Hill Country Ranches and its surrounding communities.
Hill Country Ranches was founded in 1971 and created out of a subdivision of the 7H ranch located on the Hays and Blanco county line. It covers 2,475 acres and is made up of 240 lots ranging in size from 5 to 30 acre lots. Hill Country Ranches is a deed restricted community; deed restrictions are registered with both the Hays and Blanco County Clerks offices. Click here to download a copy of the deed restrictions.
HCRPO's Board of Representatives is made up of six representative of property owners that serve two year terms:
